Code of Practice

Williams Driving School driving instructors have all agreed to abide by the DSA Code of Conduct.

This code is endorsed by the driving schools industry and lays down rules and details of how a driving instructor should conduct himself/herself in their dealings with the public and in the course of their work this includes personal conduct, business dealings, advertising and conciliation. A copy of this code is available on request.

As we are one of the longest established driving schools in Torbay we definitely understand that some people may be quite nervous about booking their driving lessons, please don't worry about this because Williams  Driving School has a policy of only employing driving instructors that are genuinely friendly people and easy to get on with.
